Founding partner and Project Manager in Wellhuman. Designs and coordinates local and international projects, including both internal and client owned resources.

Background

Jorge Founding partner and Project Manager in Wellhuman. Designs and coordinates local and international projects, including both internal and client owned resources. His mission is to complement and help develop human resources teams in line with the needs of the organisation.

Jorge has over 25 years’ experience in top management and strategic positions in international environments: HR Operations Director, Aviva Europa, HRBP and DRH, Aviva Spain, General Counsel and General Manager, Plus Ultra. He is also President of Fundación Tengo Hogar, a non-for-profit organisation helping families at risk of homelessness get back on their feet.

Jorge has broad-ranging expertise areas across the different HR disciplines, in particular in aligning business models and HR strategies by developing people’s potential and internal structures.

Bachelor in Law and Business by ICADE and Master in Assurance Management by ICEA, Jorge has published a book about Employer Branding (2018) and also is co-author of different papers about pensions impact and alternatives.

Toño Duarte

Toño Duarte

Founding partner and Project Manager in Wellhuman. Designs and coordinates local and international projects, including both internal and client owned resources.

Background

Toño is one of the founding partners and Project Manager in Wellhuman. He is responsible for designing and coordinating local and international projects, including both internal and client owned resources. His mission is to provide excellent and efficient outsourcing human resources services programs for each client. He is also part of Wellhuman’s Executive Committe and Board, supporting the company’s fast growth and development.

Toño has a background of more than 20 years in HR management within different industries in multinational environments. He was the HR VP for Spain & Portugal in Laureate International Universities (Universidad Europea), HRBP for Spain in Hertz, HR Director Spain & Portugal in Calvin Klein and Tyco, among other positions. He has experience in education, retail, IT, telco, telemarketing and automotive industries.

Toño Toño is an expert in organisational development and HR model implementation, in alignment with local and corporate business strategies. He has helped organisations to define optimal structures based on empowering managers and employees through tools and systems that allow collaboration.

Bachelor in Psychology in Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and Executive Master Degree in Human Resources by ESIC, Toño is also a certified executive coach by EOI and has completed the Top Management Digital Business Program in The Valley Business School.
