Following an initial analysis, the need to evolve the organization was identified across three key areas: governance, processes & digitalization, and people. The objective was to ensure alignment, resource and technology optimization, and greater professionalization of the operating model.
MIG Wellhuman led the strategic organizational transformation plan, involving other expert teams from the MIG group. The intervention focused on a set of specialized consulting actions in various areas (governance, strategy, organization, HR, marketing & sales, management & quality, and digitalization), combined with ongoing support of 15 hours per week.
The challenges included facilitating a generational transition in business management, optimizing the organizational structure, defining area-specific strategies, and implementing people management models to align teams, enhance execution, strengthen communication, and recognize high performance.
